Please note:
This employment application is used for gathering information about you, the applicant. It includes questions about your job history; questions about your education, skills, and experience; as well as tests designed to determine if you meet the qualifications of our company. These tests can take some time, so plan on giving yourself at least a half an hour to complete the entire application. One of the tests requires that you have a sound card and speakers installed on your computer so that you may listen to ‘.wav’ files. Application Process

You can expect the following process when applying with AnswerNow!:

1. We will review your application. The reviewing process generally takes up to 10 business days.
2. If your application meets qualifications and current business needs, we will call you to invite you to our office for a short assessment and a Job Profile Assessment.
3. Applicants selected for further consideration will be setup for a short telephone screening.
4. Applicants selected for further consideration will be asked to return for a more in-depth interview.
5. Applicants receiving offers of employment will be required to submit to a background check and drug testing. Applicants will be required to report to a contracted testing facility within 24 hours of receiving a conditional offer of employment.
